Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Manager on behalf of our client to represent their radio broadcasting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, or related fields, with experience in NGOs or similar industries. As the face of their radio station, you will play a crucial role in promoting their brand, developing marketing strategies, and writing compelling proposals to drive their business growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
Brand Representation: Act as the primary spokesperson for the radio station, engaging with media, stakeholders, and the public to enhance the station's image and reach.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, listener engagement, and revenue. Utilize market research and audience insights to inform strategy.
Proposal Writing: Create detailed and persuasive proposals for sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising opportunities. Tailor proposals to meet the needs of potential clients and partners.
Campaign Management: Design and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and on-air promotions. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to generate engaging and relevant content for promotional activities, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, sponsors, and community organizations. Represent the station at industry events and networking functions.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures to achieve marketing objectives.
Reporting and Analysis: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and proposals. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Education Other Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting and Journalism, Public Relations and Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles, with a focus on NGOs or similar industries. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and writing compelling proposals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and engaging content.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in marketing software, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
