Job Summary
As a Legal Intern at Kilindu Giattas & Partners, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.  Your responsibilities will include:
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on various topics and cases to support the firm's attorneys.
Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
Case Management: Help organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, intake interviews, and witness preparation, under attorney supervision.
Court Assistance: Observe court proceedings, prepare summaries, and assist attorneys with trial preparation.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
Legal Analysis: Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to support the development of legal strategies.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects and assignments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the firm.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in law
