Job Summary
As a Digital Marketer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy that drives our online presence and customer engagement. Your expertise will be essential in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and fostering meaningful customer relationships through various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts aligned with our business objectives.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.

  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings. Manage and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and supports our marketing goals.

  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, plan and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies.

  • Email Marketing: Design and send effective email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. Segment email lists and personalize communications to different audience segments.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to guide future strategies.

  • Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform and adapt marketing strategies.

  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure a consistent brand message.

Education Other Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing software.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
