This position is responsible for Business planning, Sales and Marketing, Strategic partnership formations, Negotiations, Networking, and Lobbying. The position reports directly to the Managing Director.

·   Research and identify new business opportunities

·   Generate leads and prospective customers

·   Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone

·   Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

·   Understanding the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them

·   Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

·   Develop promotional strategy for selling

·   Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world

·   Bachelor's Degree in Business Adminstration , Marketing or any equivalent field.

·   Self-starter, very aggressive and result oriented individual

·   Excellent communication and presentation skills

·   Can work on excel, format documents, graphics design/presentation

·   Willing to learn, self-confident, flexible and reliable

·   Professional and career oriented individual

·   Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

·   Honesty and possession of a high level of integrity

·   Demonstrated ability to work diplomatically, harmoniously, and effectively with a diverse group of people

·   Driving license is an added advantage

·   At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience
